Hotel Information
We have a block of rooms reserved at the Bloomington Hilton Garden Inn on North College Ave. It is very conveniently located for the training as well as downtown and all the swinging nightlife Bloomington has to offer. OK, maybe not all, but most. It’s a really nice hotel.
The rate is $109/night + tax. The code is “BFLEX1″. NOTE: The rate expires August 18. Please make your reservations ASAP. You can always cancel them or give them to someone else should you be unable to attend. (At least I think you can give them to someone else…)
Shuttle Service To/From Airport
If you plan on taking either of these shuttles to Bloomington it will bring you to campus and downtown locations but may not go right to your hotel’s door. You might have a few blocks to walk, but nothing is that far here in Bloomington.
Bloomington Shuttle Service: This company offers both bus and private car service from the Indianapolis airport to Bloomington. Pricing: bus $15/ea way, private car $97/ea way (up to 4 people). To make a reservation, visit their website or call 800-589-6004 (812-332-6004). For more information please visit www.BloomingtonShuttle.com.
Star of America: This is a newer shuttle from the Indianapolis Airport. To see the schedule or make a reservation, visit their website or call 800-933-0097.
Car Rental
There are all the typical car rental options at the Indianapolis Airport. If you would like to hook up with other travelers to share a rental we will be establishing a forum on the website for that.
