We don’t fancy sharing our information with anyone any more than you do, so this page aims to explain why we have asked registrants the questions we have asked.
- Name and email: Name tags and basic communication needs
- Mailing address: Our local sponsors want stats on how many attendees are from Indiana and where in the state they live. We also like to point out to the national sponsors the geographic diversity of the attendees. We will only release city/state/zip, nothing more. We wouldn’t have asked for street if the registration form had allowed us to exclude it.
- Track information: Manage room and instructional needs
- Laptop Operating System: Ensure course files meet everyone’s needs
- Indiana University Affiliation: Our university sponsors are interested in our percentage of university-affiliated attendees and the breakdown of student/faculty/staff.
